I am not sure either. I always do a workout each morning and Saturday is a 5K Parkrun each week. I think I do sit around a little more though between church and sitting and chatting with people.

Praise & Fitness a year agoWorkouts are not really my stuff but I can talk about food stuff.
-
Brilliant! Food is the more important of the two for sure. But moving your body each day, even just walking or praising Him, is what we need!
-
Walking and praising is a good combination
-
I walk back and forth to my couch. I could add a song to that maybe.

Try this workout this week! It is SUPER fun (if you don’t have drumsticks, just grab some utensils from the kitchen, like some wooden/long plastic spoons). Enjoy making a joyful noise!!

We can become obsessed with food, and on the flip side, we can become obsessed with the way we look and how much we put into toning and correcting…

I hope our Christian lives will never be like these women: running without getting any further
