Praise & Fitness a year agoLet’s share what we are all doing fitness-wise right now. I am training for a Tough Mudder with my husband Dave. Each day I am doing a Tough Mudder workout (30-50 minutes) and at least one 5K run a week with various hill running throughout the week.

Praise & Fitness a year agoI have been inspired to share my morning workout! I hurt my ankle at the beach, but don’t let body pain discourage you! I jumped into an upper body workout today! It felt GREAT!! This is 100 Morning Meltdown with Jericho McMatthews if you want to look it up. It doesn’t have a Biblical message like Revelation wellness, but it will get you sweating!

Hey gang, I went camping and hiking this weekend, and I’m tired to say I walked more than 20 miles. Kept my heart rate between 100 and 120 most of that time. Loved it!

I am giving up movies for this week. I like to watch a movie or 2 before bed to help me get sleepy, but this week I am electing to read, spend time with family, etc..
