    • I have been doing a daily morning workout, alternating between weights, HIIT, and core, the weekly 5K ParkRun, and then a TON of walking during the day.

      • On our holidays on a camping in the Netherlands we did water gym with floating noodles and swimming about an hour for about 10 days.
