Praise & Fitness 9 months agoI have been enjoying sunshine here in Scotland for the past two weeks! However, the rain is now back. I thought it would be fitting to give encouragement towards fitness during this rainy weekend (and if it is nice where you are, enjoy a walk in the sunshine for me!)

Praise & Fitness 10 months agoLet’s share what we are all doing fitness-wise right now. I am training for a Tough Mudder with my husband Dave. Each day I am doing a Tough Mudder workout (30-50 minutes) and at least one 5K run a week with various hill running throughout the week.
