The Offering Circle

A shared question for this season:

What is stirring in you that longs to be offered to God—without concern for outcome, recognition, or completion?

“Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.”

Romans 12:1 ESV

A prayer for the Offering Circle:

God who delights in willing hearts,
we come not with finished work,
but with desire, attention, and longing.

What we offer today may be incomplete,
quiet, or still forming.
Teach us that what is given in love
does not need to be impressive to be received.

Free us from measuring our offerings
by usefulness, affirmation, or outcome.
Help us trust that even our small attentions,
our unfinished ideas,
and our simple acts of faith
can be acts of worship.

As we hold this question together,
receive what we bring—
not as performance,
but as presence.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

About this Circle

This Circle exists to hold the desire to offer something to God—creatively, faithfully, or attentively—without pressure to produce or share outcomes. It is a space for leaders who sense creative stirring, longing, or devotion, but do not want that desire shaped by performance or comparison.

You are welcome to name a brief prayer or reflection when it feels right, or simply to return and hold your offering quietly before God. There is no expectation to share work, explain process, or complete anything here.

This Circle is held in the belief that what is offered with humility and love is received fully by God, even when it remains unseen by others.

This is a seasonal Circle held within Streams. Participation is always optional, and presence takes many forms.
