• Hey team, we have made a plan for 2025 based on your input. First, I would like to see if you are available on Dec. 4th for a discussion on how to transition ReFocus? Second, below are the changes that we have implemented from our earlier meeting and conversations since:

      1-rebrand ReFocus in 2026 for clarity of purpose and pastoral buy in.

      2- change pricing points to allow more to engage their teams.

      3- host several scaled down events throughout the year instead of on one longer event.

      4- develop a strategy plan using ReFresh.

      Thank you for your help and wisdom. I am excited to see what happens with this new concept for ReFocus. We will still have a ReFocus 1 day event in 2025 and phase it out with the new concept by 2026.
