“I just wanted to send a quick note and again say thank you for your ministry, your hearts, your support and love for the saints and the lost and training people like me to be used for His glory! Dwayne, as you predicted, (or better yet what the Lord showed you), I am about to start my first official job as a part-time worship pastor with my wife helping out!

I just wanted you to know you guys have been an integral part of this journey and I may try to connect more on Streams because I will need some help and guidance from others who have gone before me! I have a lot of experience in leading small volunteer worship teams for Celebrate Recovery programs but not in an official church capacity. We are basically starting from scratch with minimal equipment and resources and no budget, but I know the Lord will provide as we need!

I also know one of my main goals is to disciple those who wish to lead others in worship to our King. I don’t take that lightly, and one of the most important things I learned in your coaching class is that ‘If you want to build a better worship service, you need to build better worshipers’! It always starts with our hearts and our beliefs about who God is, His character, and who He’s made us.
