• So, I know I need this group, and I’m sure my wife would say I need this group. I am willing to exercise a little more, eat a little better, and do a few other healthier things. But, I’m saying it now, I may have to draw the line at giving up lattes. Now that would hurt me, hurt me deeply.

      • If you want a “healthier” latte: Brew 1/3 cup strong coffee in your coffee mug, stir in 1 tablespoon sugar-free natural crystal sweetener like erythritol or 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup if preferred. Top the coffee with warm vanilla milk. To make the foam, place high-protein dairy-free milk like oat milk or soy milk in a milk frother.

Or just order sugar free syrup when you are at a coffeeshop and any sugar-free milk alternative. If not, milk is fine as long as you don’t have too much in your week.

      • Milk in the coffee should not be a health issue but sugar may.
