I’m really not OK with the apparent trend in modern music to breath in the middle of words. Been noticing it a lot with Cmas music in particular. Has that become a thing now? I was taught that’s a big no-no. But now, it’s like some singers can’t (or don’t try to) sustain a phrase beyond a few syllables. Call me old-fashioned, but breath support and musical discipline still matter. Ok, rant over. Thanks for listening. 🙂
