I have been doing a daily morning workout, alternating between weights, HIIT, and core, the weekly 5K ParkRun, and then a TON of walking during the day.

On our holidays on a camping in the Netherlands we did water gym with floating noodles and swimming about an hour for about 10 days.

TODAY is the day for our Scotland renew conference!!! I am meeting up with everyone in just a couple hours to begin this time of worship and renewal. Join me in prayer that God would prepare the hearts of those coming, those leading, and those serving. He WILL do great things!!!
