This weekend Dave and I experienced the Tough Mudder. It was a great experience! What did you all do for fitness this weekend? What do you plan to do next weekend? I will be back at the Parkrun!

I did the Soft Coucher. Does that count? 🙂

I once saw a comic where someone said: “I n my church I tried out the Craftsmen group. That was not for me. Then I tried the deco group. This was also not for me. Then I tried the men’s group. This neither. Now I’m happy in the couch group.

This weekend we visited my 90 years old parents and I did some cooking for us (asparagus and steaks). My sister living at the next house organised a bible camp with her husband and we looked after our parents. Also the church was off. My parents and us had a lord’s supper together and I gave a devotional about what purpose the Holy Spirit was send for. We had a great time together. But it was very rainy so we couldn’t go out for a walk.
So no sports last weekend (if hitting the road doesn’t count)

@Heiko Spiritual growth/training is more important than physical growth/training! 🙌

@Jenn You are absolutely right:
„For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.“
