  ReFocus Lead Team Meeting:

  October 16

  In attendance: James Damey, Mike Sooy, Sam Kraut, Chris Young, Jamie Evans, Zac James, Joe Cuyar

  Discussion Questions:

  1- Does February 22nd 2025 work for ReFocus?

  *Prices make a difference for smaller churches. 125$ is better than 350$

  *Spring works for schools Jan-Feb/ May is no competition but no college participation/ Summer has less competition July-August/ October a good season more competition

  2- Should we hold it at Olive Baptist again or another venue?

  *biggest pitch is worshipping on a global level. Location is not a factor for digital connection

  *Tennessee?

  3- Guest speakers/Artists?

  4- Program for the day

  5- Should we do breakouts on site or online?

  6- What is a focus or theme we can focus on?

  *Change it out each year. Make it Global

  *Branding should be clarified and easy to grasp.

  Promotion- always pushing the next level on the path.

  Other Thoughts:

  *Connect with State Convention worship consultants.

  *Develop Regional pockets for hosting

  Does this name fit what we do?? ReConnect, ReUnite,
