Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Cohorts are vital to AsaphGen, for it is in cohorts that we are encouraged and sharpened by each other. Cohorts are made up of 4-7 people who hold each other accountable to follow through with the plan they made to grow. They help each other hone and develop needed habits in their lives. Each cohort has a “helmsman” who leads the group. Helmsmen must participate in a cohort with AsaphGen before leading their own group. NOTE: If you haven’t made a plan, please go here.
