💪 Faith & Fitness Motivation for the Week
Happy new week!
As we step into this week, remember that every time you show up—whether you’re full of energy or running on empty—you are doing something powerful. Taking care of your body is not just about fitness; it’s about stewardship. God has entrusted us with these bodies, and every stretch, step, and squat is an act of honoring Him.
You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be the fastest, the strongest, or the most consistent. You just have to keep showing up.
Some days motivation will be high. Other days it will take faith just to get moving. But progress is built in the small, faithful choices we make—choosing to move, choosing to breathe, choosing not to give up.
Scripture for the Week:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9This week, focus on faithfulness over perfection.
One workout at a time.
One healthy choice at a time.
One prayer at a time.Reflection Questions:
- What is one small goal I can commit to this week?
- How can I show grace to myself while still staying disciplined?
- What would “not giving up” look like for me this week?
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the strength You give our bodies and the breath in our lungs.
Help us to stay consistent, even when we feel tired or discouraged.
Remind us that small steps matter and that progress takes time.
Give us energy, motivation, and perseverance this week.
Help us care for our bodies in a way that honors You.
Amen; Let’s move with purpose this week—you’ve got this! 💛Dwayne1 Comment-
