• I have been enjoying sunshine here in Scotland for the past two weeks! However, the rain is now back. I thought it would be fitting to give encouragement towards fitness during this rainy weekend (and if it is nice where you are, enjoy a walk in the sunshine for me!)

      Rainy Days, Stronger Ways 💪✨

      Hey family in Christ! 🌿
      Just because it’s raining outside doesn’t mean we have to let our motivation get washed away! 🙌

      1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us:
      “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.”

      Even on rainy weekends, we can honor Him by staying active and caring for our health. Here are a few uplifting ways to get moving indoors:

      🏋️‍♀️ Worship Workouts – Put on your favorite Christian music and dance, stretch, or do a simple workout. Praise and planks? Why not!

      🧘 Faithful Stretching – Try a Christ-centered yoga or stretching session. Use the time to reflect on Scripture and practice gratitude.

      📿 Prayer Walk Indoors – Walk laps in your home while praying for loved ones, our nation, or personal growth. Your spirit and steps will both be blessed.

      🎮 Family Fitness Challenge – Get your household involved! Try push-up contests, jump rope, or even a fun fitness video. Joy is contagious!

      📝 Plan with Purpose – Use this time to set fitness goals for the week. Invite God into your plans (Proverbs 16:3).

      Rain or shine, we are equipped to grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit. Let’s not just endure the storm — let’s dance through it, for “the joy of the Lord is our strength” (Nehemiah 8:10)!
