      Warm-Up (5–10 mins)

      • Light jog or brisk walk while praying or meditating on the verse above.

      • Dynamic stretches (reach to heaven stretch, walking lunges, arm swings)

      Workout: Faith-Based Circuit (3 Rounds)

      Pray or repeat a verse during rests (30–60 seconds)

      Cool Down (5–10 mins)

      • Walk while listening to a worship song

      • Static stretching and silent prayer or journaling

      🗓️ Sunday: Walk with God (Active Recovery)

      Outdoor Activity Ideas (Choose One):

      • Nature prayer walk – Walk slowly through a park or trail and reflect on creation.
