🧎 Warm-Up: Psalm 118:24 – “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
➡️ Start with deep breaths and gratitude. Thank God for a body that moves and a heart that beats!🏋️ Workout: Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…”
➡️ As you push through your sets or steps, repeat: “My strength is in the Lord.” Let Him be your power source!🧘♀️ Cool-Down: Matthew 11:28 – “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
➡️ Stretch, breathe, and surrender. Let His peace fill you as your body recovers.Your challenge:
