So, yesterday I completed 100 Parkruns here in Scotland! A Parkrun is a free community 5K that happens all around the world. I didn’t discover it until I moved here, but it was available in the U.S. and it is spreading around the world. What a great way to be in the community and share the love of fitness, fellowship, and God’s creation with others!
