• For accountability’s sake, here is what I commit to do during April:

      • Walk 15-20 miles per week (3-4 times)
      • Work out 3-4 times/week with free weights for strength training
      • Push-ups and sit-ups 3-4 times/week
      • Eat more chocolate (per @Jenn ‘s post on how good it is for us) 🙂

        • This is great! We will check in on this challenge. Let’s set a more specific goal/number for the push-ups/sit-ups…like 20 each 3-4 times a week?

            I normally do 40-50 push-ups and 50 sit ups at a time

            • Also, I use 15 and 25 pound dumbbells. And when I walk, I try to maintain a heart rate between 100 and 120.
