• Something to ponder: our brain is the engine of our body. It responds as we have conditioned it to respond. Our mind is the driver of our body. We can control the way our brain works and how it responds by what we think about and what we focus on. For example, if we are stressed and continue to turn to foods to comfort us, our brain will tell our body we need food when we are in a tough situation. If we turn to His Word and prayer when we are stressed, our brain will tell our body that is what is needed. Let’s make a point to train our brains through the renewing of our minds!
