The weekend is upon us again! What is one way you will stay active this weekend? I have a 5K Parkrun Saturday and also am planning some walks with the kids.

Thanks Jenn. We appreciate your example and commitment to help us be more healthy and fit. I am hoping to get 10 miles of walking in this weekend if my schedule in Zimbabwe allows.

My workout this weekend: yesterday: cutting down a huge bush and a couple of branches of another. Today cutting the branches into pieces. Tomorrow perhaps a bike ride. We’ll see
