For accountability’s sake, here is what I commit to do during April:
- Walk 15-20 miles per week (3-4 times)
- Work out 3-4 times/week with free weights for strength training
- Push-ups and sit-ups 3-4 times/week
- Eat more chocolate (per @Jenn ‘s post on how good it is for us) 🙂

This is great! We will check in on this challenge. Let’s set a more specific goal/number for the push-ups/sit-ups…like 20 each 3-4 times a week?

I normally do 40-50 push-ups and 50 sit ups at a time

Tomorrow is April Fools’ Day! What is your favorite joke you played on someone or someone played on you?
I told the kids one year I made them “brownies” and took a tray out of the oven with a bunch of brown papered “E’s”…not nice, I know 😆
Tell your story!

When I had my goodbye Party, I made big Belgian wafers. As a topping on clotted cream I made a sauce of 2 parts of cream heated it and melted 1 part of dark chocolate in it. We kept the rest in the fridge and used it as spread on bread.
