I have been inspired to share my morning workout! I hurt my ankle at the beach, but don’t let body pain discourage you! I jumped into an upper body workout today! It felt GREAT!! This is 100 Morning Meltdown with Jericho McMatthews if you want to look it up. It doesn’t have a Biblical message like Revelation wellness, but it will get you sweating!
