✨ Water Jugs – Curls & Presses
Bicep Curl with Jugs
Hold a jug in each hand, palms facing forward.
Stand tall, shoulders back, core engaged.
Slowly bend your elbows, lifting jugs toward shoulders.
Lower back down with control.
👉 Focus: Keep elbows tucked close to your ribs.
