In the same way, some think one day is more holy than another day, while others think every day is alike. You should each be fully convinced that whichever day you choose is acceptable.

Christmas: 4 days away!
The LORD is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way.

Self-control during this season
So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. Put all your hope in the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world.
Such a good reminder during this Christmas season when so often things can spiral into unhealthy focus when all that really matters is what HE has done for us!

God's Spirit within US!
The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.

But the LORD watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love.
