Our Purpose
Streams exists to support worship leaders and ministry leaders through presence, prayer, and shared companionship.
Leadership can be isolating. Streams is a place to return to — not to perform, produce, or prove, but to be accompanied. Here, leaders are invited to pause, reflect, pray, and remember they are not carrying their calling alone.
Our Vision
We envision Streams as a calm, shared space where leaders can remain rooted and faithful over time.
Rather than emphasizing activity or constant connection, Streams is shaped around gentle rhythms that honor seasons of carrying, waiting, faithfulness, and offering. Technology is used not to accelerate engagement, but to create room for attentiveness, rest, and quiet support.
How Streams Came to Be
Streams emerged during the global disruption of 2020, when distance and isolation became especially visible among worship leaders and ministry communities.
What began as an attempt to stay connected has slowly revealed a deeper need — not simply for content or conversation, but for accompaniment. Streams has continued to evolve as we’ve listened carefully to the realities leaders carry and the kind of space that truly serves them.
Our Posture
Streams is intentionally different from many online communities.
Participation is always optional
Silence is welcome
Presence matters more than activity
There is no expectation to engage, respond, or keep up
This is not a space designed to measure growth or participation. It is a place to return to — as often or as quietly as needed.
What We Believe
Streams welcomes leaders from many traditions and backgrounds who share a commitment to faithful, biblical worship of the one true God.
We hold to the historic Christian faith and encourage all members to engage this space with humility, care, and respect for one another. Our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy exist to protect the spirit and safety of this shared space.
Our Relationship to Next Level Worship International
Streams is an expression of Next Level Worship International, a nonprofit organization serving worship leaders and ministry leaders around the world through teaching, mentoring, and resources.
While Streams shares the same heart and theological grounding as NLWI, it is intentionally distinct in posture — offering a quieter, more relational environment alongside NLWI’s public-facing work.
