The In-between Circle

A shared question for this season:

Where are you currently between what has been and what has not yet become—and what does it mean to remain faithful in the waiting?

“Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord.”

Pslam 27:14 ESV

A prayer for the In-Between Circle:

God of thresholds and unfinished stories,
we come aware that we are between chapters—
no longer where we were,
not yet where we are going.

Waiting can feel disorienting.
It tempts us to rush, to grasp for certainty,
or to believe we have fallen behind.

Meet us here in the middle.
Teach us to trust that You are present
not only in clarity and movement,
but also in pauses, delays, and unanswered questions.

Give us patience that is rooted in hope,
and courage that does not depend on knowing what comes next.
As we hold this season together,
remind us that waiting does not have to be endured alone.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.

About this Circle

This Circle exists for seasons of transition, uncertainty, and waiting. It is a shared space for leaders who find themselves between what was familiar and what has not yet taken shape.

You are welcome to name a brief reflection or prayer when it feels right, or simply to return and remain present in the waiting. There is no expectation to resolve questions here, and no pressure to move forward before clarity arrives.

This Circle is held in the trust that faithfulness in the in-between matters, even when the way ahead is not yet visible.

This is a seasonal Circle held within Streams. Participation is always optional, and presence takes many forms.
