Circles
Circles are small, seasonal spaces within Streams where leaders share presence around a simple question.
They exist for leaders who don’t need another meeting, but appreciate knowing others are quietly holding the same questions they are.
Circles are not discussions to keep up with or groups you have to show up for consistently. They are places you can return to gently—by reading, reflecting, or adding a few words when it feels right.
Some people participate briefly.
Some return occasionally.
Some simply read and move on.
All of that belongs here.
What a Circle Is
Each Circle centers on:
a shared question
a short framing reflection or prayer
a season of time (rather than an ongoing commitment)
There’s no expectation to respond, explain yourself, or engage in conversation. Presence takes many forms.
What a Circle Is Not
Circles are not meetings, video calls, or discussion forums. They aren’t groups you have to “join” in a formal way.
They’re simply shared spaces where leaders know they’re not alone in what they’re carrying.

Entering a Circle
You’re welcome to enter any Circle that draws your attention.
You don’t need to decide how long you’ll stay or how you’ll participate. Reading quietly is welcome. Adding a brief reflection or prayer is welcome. Stepping away and returning later is always welcome.
A Gentle Word
Circles are offered as accompaniment, not obligation. You’re free to notice which questions resonate in a given season—and let the rest remain in view.
