Jared Bayless

Jared Bayless is a pastor, author, songwriter, producer, musician, professional videographer & photographer. He is currently the founding lead pastor of Searchlights Church in Cheyenne, WY. Jared recently released his first book, “Breadcrumbs: A Collection Of Devotions For The Journey Home” at the end of 2023. He also released the self-narrated audiobook for “Breadcrumbs,” which you can find on Audible and iTunes.

 

He and his wife Vanessa are the co-lead singers for the Christian Rock band Bayless, who have been blessed to have four #1 radio singles on the National Christian Radio charts. Jared is also a music producer and mixing engineer, having produced over 7 albums and EP’s. Bayless is currently working on a new full length album. Jared is a professional cinematographer and photographer and owner of “Ready. Aim. Productions.” Jared, and the band Bayless, self-produced their own music video for the song “Ready. Aim.” which won Music Video Of The Year in 2020 for The Grizzly Awards. Their other 2 self-produced music videos, “Searchlights” by Bayless and “Masquerade” by the band Adelaide, were both nominated for Music Video Of The Year at The Grizzly Awards in successive years. “Ready. Aim. Productions” also does wedding videography/photography, senior photos, commercials, family photos and more.

 

Jared is also the owner of “Bayless Photography,” a landscape and wildlife photography business, where he sells prints of his photos on canvas, metal, wood and acrylic. You can order his prints online and you can also catch him at many trade shows selling his canvases. When Jared and Vanessa aren’t working, they can be found hiking in the mountains, going on family adventures, traveling and spending time with their son Sawyer.
