in the app, 1) Go to the top of the Launch page area where notifications are located. 2) If you have notifications, you should be able to “pull down” on the screen to reveal them. 3) Once you click on them to read them, they should be automatically marked as read. 4) In turn, the read notification alert circle should disappear from the app icon on your start screen.
NOTE: We’ve noticed that it sometimes takes a while for the red alert circle to actually clear, even though all messages have been read. We’ve contacted the platform’s support about this issue and will hopefully have it repaired soon.
